I grew up in Harrogate and York before studying medicine at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2001. After a year working at Townsville Hospital, Queensland, Australia, I returned to my roots in Yorkshire to undertake basic surgical and higher urology training.
In addition to treating a wide range of general urological conditions, I have developed a sub-specialty interest in minimally invasive (endoscopic) surgery for urinary tract stones and benign prostatic enlargement.
Away from work, I enjoy running, cycling, and golf. Most of all I enjoy spending time with my wife and three young children, and can often be found walking in the Lake District.
